Requirements

  • Ability to execute operations per SOPs and operational execution instructions to safely and compliantly support GMP manufacturing
  • Understanding of Health, Safety & Environmental-regulated environments and application of Health & Safety/Process Safety standards for GMP duties
  • Understanding of other area processes and their operational hazards to react appropriately
  • Capability to monitor and collect data on equipment use and performance to anticipate reliability problems
  • Ability to work with Maintenance and Technical Support to respond to supply upsets or equipment failures
  • Skills in contacting appropriate help for problems or events (e.g., spills, deviations, incidents) during processing
  • Strong communication skills to inform other shifts on area operations status and issues/problems
  • Resilience, collaboration, and creativity to support project delivery, startup (2026-2028), building processes, systems, and site culture in a dynamic greenfield GMP facility

Responsibilities

  • Ensure operations maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements at all times
  • Ensure areas appropriately support the execution of the production plan for the site
  • Operate and manage Solvent Recovery Unit and Cryogenic Units
  • Carry out daily monitoring, testing, and cleaning duties on systems to ensure equipment and systems are in good operating condition and maintained per local and corporate regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and collect data on equipment use and performance to anticipate potential reliability problems
  • Work with Maintenance and Technical Support to respond to potential supply upsets or equipment failures
  • Contact appropriate help for problems or events (spill/deviation/incident) during processing
  • Communicate to other shifts regarding the status of area operations and details of any issues/problems that have occurred
