High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
Excel in a team environment
Good verbal/written communication
Attention to detail while maintaining a quality product
Ability to multitask, perform repetitive work duties and react appropriately to changing work priorities
Ability to read, interpret manufacturing drawings and follow SOPs, ISO guidelines and complete accurate documentation according to cGMP requirements
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel
Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and understand chemical hygiene
Infrequently lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds max unassisted
Stand and move about including reaching, bending, stooping, grasping
Use hand tools and equipment including forceful gripping, grasping, pushing and pulling
Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment and machine operation

Responsibilities

Inspect and set up material, containers, and operate production floor equipment per validated SOPs
Manufacture and/or test products following cGMP and completes all vital documentation in accordance with Quality System
Record information such as weight, time and date packaged
Understand and communicate workflow and technologies used in the production environment
Label and pack special arrangements or selections of product
Clean and sanitize work areas, machines, glassware or equipment as needed
Drive a culture of safety and quality in all activities
Participate in Practical Process Improvement (PPI), Lean and 5-S program
Perform other job duties as required by the department and/or Management
Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
