Ensure the seamless running of delivery business day-to-day
Utilise communication and leadership skills with employees and Independent Delivery Contractors to ensure on-time deliveries and outstanding customer experience
Manage undelivered packages
Complete daily reports
Participate in the development of procedures and working methods
Ensure procedures and working methods are followed by monitoring key performance indicators
