Operations Specialist (Shipping & Receiving) at Land O'Lakes

The pay range is $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.

The shift is Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm, with overtime required during peak season or business needs, which may include starting early or staying late. This is an on-site role as part of the warehousing team.

A High School diploma or equivalent is required, with post-high school education preferred. Minimum two years of work experience is needed, preferably in general office or warehouse settings, along with fundamentals of mathematics, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry, and digital order management systems is preferred.

Land O'Lakes is a member-owned co-op that is 'Rooted In Tomorrow,' and this role is part of the WinField United business supporting agricultural inputs, expertise, and technology to member-owners and partners. You'll be a key member of the warehousing team in a collaborative environment involving communication with customers, drivers, warehouse staff, and carriers.

Strong candidates will have a High School diploma with preferred post-high school education, at least two years of office or warehouse experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and data entry systems, plus excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
