Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Basic knowledge of standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications)

Responsibilities

  • Process legal documents (e.g., court opinions, agency decisions, bankruptcy filings) ensuring they meet content and formatting standards
  • Verify that documents are complete, accurate, and ready for online publication in accordance with Lexis guidelines and deadlines
  • Monitor queues and systems to track document status and ensure timely delivery
  • Identify and escalate any issues related to document quality, completeness, or access
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly content targets
  • Maintain accurate records of processing activity and report progress as required
  • Follow documented workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for content operations
