Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Basic knowledge of standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications)
Ability to work with deadlines
Great attention to detail
Excellent English oral and written communication skills
At least 1-2 years BPO/shared service or relevant experience (fresh graduates accommodated depending on communication skills and behavioral aspects)
Flexible and able to adapt to different business requirements, onsite or hybrid work arrangement, and rotating work schedule

Responsibilities

Process legal documents (e.g., court opinions, agency decisions, bankruptcy filings) ensuring they meet content and formatting standards
Verify that documents are complete, accurate, and ready for online publication in accordance with Lexis guidelines and deadlines
Monitor queues and systems to track document status and ensure timely delivery
Identify and escalate any issues related to document quality, completeness, or access
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly content targets
Maintain accurate records of processing activity and report progress as required
Follow documented workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for content operations
