Responsibilities

  • Establish project scope, goals, timeline, project plan, communications and deliverables in collaboration with management and stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
  • Draft and submit budget proposals, track actual project costs and recommend budget changes
  • Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
  • Plan, schedule, track and report project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans
  • Build, develop and grow business relationships with internal and external resources
  • Conduct postmortems and create recommendations reports
  • Develop best practices and tools for project execution and implementation
  • Other duties as assigned
