Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong collaborative skills, particularly across cross-functional teams
Microsoft Office Application Proficiency (Word, Excel, Power point, Access)
MS Project experience preferred

Responsibilities

Establish project scope, goals, timeline, project plan, communications and deliverables in collaboration with management and stakeholders
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
Draft and submit budget proposals, track actual project costs and recommend budget changes
Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
Plan, schedule, track and report project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans
Build, develop and grow business relationships with internal and external resources
Conduct postmortems and create recommendations reports
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and implementation
Other duties as assigned
