Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Initiate, direct, and participate in community outreach programs by encouraging associates/managers, maintaining community relationships, representing the company, and championing sponsored programs, events, and sustainability efforts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies/procedures by holding associates accountable, analyzing reports, implementing/monitoring asset protection/safety controls, maintaining quality standards, overseeing reviews, and developing action plans
  • Provide supervision and development for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, evaluating performance, providing recognition/feedback, setting/communicating expectations, and promoting belonging
  • Model exceptional customer service by demonstrating OBW service model, managing initiatives, resolving customer needs/complaints, developing action plans, and providing process improvement leadership
  • Assist store manager in driving financial performance by achieving sales/profit goals, reviewing P&L statements, controlling expenses, developing correction plans, and participating in trend analysis/budget forecasting
  • Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities by maintaining stakeholder relationships, supporting plans/initiatives, communicating goals, building accountability, measuring progress, and addressing improvements
  • Ensure compliance with policies and support company mission/values/ethics by implementing action plans, utilizing Open Door Policy, and providing guidance on business processes
  • Build high-performing teams, embrace differences, create belonging culture, work collaboratively, communicate positively, attract/retain/develop talent, model integrity/ethics/compliance, and hold accountable
