  • Ability to oversee onboarding, required training for new hires, and continued team capability enhancement
  • Skills in developing and maintaining positive working relationships across all organizational levels
  • Ownership of accuracy and timeliness of performance metrics, developing shift hand-offs for maintenance continuity
  • Ability to develop work plans for emergency repairs of critical assets and oversee escalation processes during downtime incidents
  • Commitment to acting as a safety ambassador, promoting safe working practices, and eliminating equipment safety hazards

Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership to Maintenance Technicians, Utility Attendants, and EAM Software Technicians, cultivating urgency and quality focus
  • Enable high performance of the supply chain facility through reliability-centered maintenance
  • Work with building leaders to optimize material handling equipment use
  • Manage external contractors and be on call for emergencies
