Requirements

Strong leadership skills to lead Maintenance Technicians, Utility Attendants, and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Software Technicians
Ability to foster a reliability-centered maintenance culture with a sense of urgency and quality focus
Expertise in delivering solutions for challenging problems and optimizing material handling equipment
Capability to manage external contractors, handle multiple projects and daily activities, and meet tough timelines
Proficiency in data-driven processes for continuous improvement, root cause elimination, defect handling, and breakdown elimination
Skills in planning, scheduling, and developing work plans for emergency repairs of critical assets
Experience in performance management, including leadership & development, coaching, providing constructive feedback, and administering reviews
Ability to oversee onboarding, training completion, and enhancement of team capabilities
Strong collaboration skills with department leaders and across all organizational levels
Commitment to safety, acting as an ambassador by eliminating equipment safety hazards
On-call availability for emergencies and oversight of escalation processes during downtime incidents

Responsibilities

Enable high performance of the supply chain facility through reliability-centered maintenance
Provide leadership to Maintenance Technicians, Utility Attendants, and EAM Software Technicians
Work with building leaders to optimize material handling equipment use
Manage external contractors
Handle emergencies, multiple projects, daily activities, and meet timelines
Develop a continuous improvement ethic via data-driven daily processes focused on root cause elimination, defect handling, breakdown elimination, planning, and scheduling
Collaborate with other department leaders to achieve engineering and maintenance goals
Lead team development, coaching, performance management, feedback, guidance, and reviews
Oversee onboarding and required training for new hires, and enhance team capabilities
Maintain positive working relationships across all organizational levels
Own accuracy and timeliness of shift performance metrics and develop shift hand-offs for maintenance continuity
Develop work plans for emergency repairs of critical assets and oversee escalation during downtime
Promote safety across the site by eliminating potential equipment hazards
