Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of the store’s day-to-day operations across key departments—including Ambient, Fresh, George (clothing), and General Merchandise
  • Ensure that availability is maximised, waste and shrink are minimised, and the store runs efficiently and safely
  • Work closely with department managers to deliver consistent standards, drive productivity, and ensure the store is always ready for customers
  • Manage delivery flow, stock routines, and compliance
