The role is onsite in Sedalia, MO, United States, and you’ll be part of the Sedalia Operations Team working as an onsite employee.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field is required, with a Master’s degree preferred, along with 5+ years of operations leadership experience and a demonstrated track record of significant performance improvement.
Experience in lean culture development and lean tool implementation is required, and manufacturing experience in metal fabrication, powder paint, and assembly is preferred. Candidates should also be highly customer responsive.
