Responsibilities

People Operations: Own interview scheduling and onsite logistics for candidates, support employee onboarding and offboarding, assist with people-related initiatives, plan and execute company gatherings, offsites, and team-building activities
Workplace Operations: Manage daily office operations, vendor relationships, and supply inventory, handle mail, deliveries, and facilities maintenance, coordinate with building management for repairs, access, and office upgrades, keep the workspace organized, stocked, and welcoming
Business Operations: Support other operational areas as needed, including finance, revenue operations, and investor relations
Document and improve internal processes to create structure and efficiency across the company
