Requirements

  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in learning and development, preferably with hands-on experience implementing or managing LMS platforms
  • Project management skills to drive complex projects from conception to completion, with strong organizational and planning skills
  • Comfortable working with learning analytics and using data to improve training effectiveness
  • Excel at creating engaging learning content and effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with learning technologies and ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms
  • English required; French, Spanish, German, or Italian is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Roll out and optimization of our Learning Management System (Sana)
  • Design and develop comprehensive training and certification programs for both initial onboarding and continuous learning paths
  • Monitor and analyze learning metrics to drive continuous improvement (participation rates, certification completion, learner satisfaction)
  • Partner with operational teams to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions
