Requirements

Proven experience of at least 2 years in learning and development, preferably with hands-on experience implementing or managing LMS platforms
Project management skills to drive complex projects from conception to completion, with strong organizational and planning skills
Comfortable working with learning analytics and using data to improve training effectiveness
Excel at creating engaging learning content and effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels
Experience with learning technologies and ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms
English required; French, Spanish, German, or Italian is a plus

Responsibilities

Roll out and optimization of our Learning Management System (Sana)
Design and develop comprehensive training and certification programs for both initial onboarding and continuous learning paths
Monitor and analyze learning metrics to drive continuous improvement (participation rates, certification completion, learner satisfaction)
Partner with operational teams to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions
