Requirements
Candidates should possess a proven entrepreneurial background, such as founding or co-founding companies or working as an early employee at startups, with 1-5 years of operational experience in fast-paced environments. They must demonstrate strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities, along with excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), and a comfort level with ambiguity and changing priorities. Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools, basic understanding of web analytics and conversion optimization, and familiarity with automation tools and processes are also required.
Responsibilities
The Operations Leader - Growth will execute on operational initiatives with minimal oversight, identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions proactively, build and optimize internal processes and systems from scratch, manage cross-functional projects from conception to completion, take ownership of operational challenges and drive them to resolution, implement tools and workflows that improve team efficiency, support strategic initiatives with hands-on execution, coordinate between teams and ensure smooth operations, analyze operational metrics and suggest improvements, handle special projects that require entrepreneurial thinking, identify and test unconventional growth channels, run experiments to find scalable acquisition methods, implement viral mechanics and referral systems, find creative ways to drive user engagement and retention, develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, optimize conversion funnels and user journeys, analyze marketing performance and iterate based on data, and manage content marketing and social media initiatives.
