Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification, and previous experience comparable to 0 to 2 years. Strong analytical and quantitative skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation. Previous experience with SharePoint, VBA, SQL, Power BI, or RPA (comparable to 1+ years) is an advantage. A solid understanding of accounting/financial principles and regulations/legal requirements is also needed, and a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

As an Operations Finance Analyst, you will contribute to the achievement of financial and business objectives through accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting, working cross-functionally with operations, commercial finance, and finance to resolve issues related to revenue, costs, contract values, billing, balance sheet management, financial reporting, and financial tools and processes. You will administer the daily financial management of project portfolio consisting of single service contracts and tactical accounts, identify issues related to contract modifications, and perform analysis of budget to actual data on monthly, quarterly, and annual bases. Additionally, you will analyze cost assignments, perform reconciliations of costs and revenues, track and maintain project information and budgets, review and approve work movements and scope changes, coordinate with support staff to ensure sponsors are invoiced accurately, and assist in the preparation of invoice backup requirements and client reconciliation requests.
