Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field with an analytical focus, and a minimum of 2 to 5 years of financial analysis experience. Experience in the technology industry, particularly SaaS or subscription models, is preferred. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, Power BI, and OpenAir is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The FP&A Financial Analyst will support expense planning and forecasting by building financial models, conducting variance analysis, and developing expertise toward independent ownership of specific business group planning. They will manage workforce and vendor spend analysis, including headcount tracking, contractor costs, and purchase request workflows, coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role involves driving monthly financial operations and reporting, preparing accruals, maintaining planning systems, and building analytical tools to support strategic decision-making. The analyst will partner with stakeholders across the organization to deliver financial insights, support budget preparation, and build relationships to facilitate future expense planning leadership responsibilities.
