Responsibilities

Lead and embed operational excellence frameworks to drive Q2C performance improvements
Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in quoting, ordering, invoicing, and entitlement workflows
Own Level 0 metric improvement initiatives with tracking, reporting, and governance
Champion continuous improvement culture, mentoring teams and embedding best practices globally
Standardize and scale practices across GEOs and Business Units
Serve as trusted partner to leadership, aligning initiatives with strategic priorities
Facilitate executive communications and cross-functional collaboration
Ensure seamless initiative execution, resolving interdependencies and risks
Coordinate and prioritize leadership initiatives aligned with business objectives
Participate in executive meetings, capture insights, and track strategic program progress using KPIs
Craft communications for internal/external audiences and cultivate enterprise relationships
Prepare agendas for meetings and represent VP in forums (GWS, Transport, ERG)
Lead Workforce Centricity initiatives for employee experience
Assess and manage budgets for strategic activities, engagement, and site initiatives
Serve as authorized approver for BU-level payments
