Requirements

  • 8–14 years in portfolio/program management, business operations, or product operations with a track record of building scalable governance frameworks
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management principles, time tracking practices, and financial accountability in a technology environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence without authority
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools for portfolio and resource management
  • Proven ability to drive adoption through training, documentation, and change management
  • Familiarity with PPM/ALM tools and integration patterns (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar) (preferred)

  • Experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence disciplines (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain standards for portfolio and program data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely updates across all delivery ecosystems
  • Establish and enforce policies for time booking, compliance monitoring, and reporting to support financial and operational transparency
  • Deliver dashboards and scorecards that provide leadership with real-time insights into portfolio health, resource allocation, and progress against strategic goals
  • Run governance forums, maintain decision logs, and ensure adherence to operating rhythms for planning, execution, and review cycles
  • Operate a feedback loop to refine processes, improve user experience, and identify automation opportunities
  • Lead training sessions, create user guides, and maintain a community of practice to drive adoption of standards and tools
  • Manage the impact of new processes and tools, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained adoption across teams
