Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout and adoption of new programs and processes across the Urban Planning service line
  • Assist with project coordination, ensuring accurate setup, compliance, time recording, and reporting within our systems
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to project teams, helping streamline communication between technical teams, finance, and operations
  • Maintain high-quality system data, documentation, and reporting to support business insights and decision-making
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and continual improvement initiatives focused on operational and commercial excellence
  • Provide general office and event coordination support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
