The Operations Coordinator will work directly with the COO to implement a best-in-class operations team. Responsibilities include assisting with general office management duties and providing administrative support to the Leadership Team, including coordinating travel arrangements. The role involves supporting the finance team with invoicing, expense reports, and budget tracking, as well as providing operational support for the cyber security compliance platform, NAQ. The Coordinator will liaise with internal teams and external providers to ensure smooth IT operations, manage new employees' IT equipment requests, and support the recruitment team by scheduling interviews. Additionally, they will support business improvement projects by observing, reviewing, and analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies and handle ad hoc operational tasks as required.
