Responsibilities

  • Design and implement core systems for onboarding, servicing, advisor support, and customer experience
  • Build and automate internal processes that keep the company efficient, compliant, and scalable
  • Lead FCA application for advice permissions, working directly with consultants and the regulator
  • Connect operational design to the financial model and pricing, ensuring scalability
  • Evaluate and integrate key vendors (custody, KYC, ledger, compliance tools) into the wider model
  • Lay the foundation for a small but mighty team as the company grows
