Requirements

  • 4 years of experience working in Supply Chain or Operations for a CPG company
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills across internal teams and external partners
  • Enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience with an ERP software and inventory management software (Cin7 Omni preferred)
  • Preference for experience with workflow automations softwares such as Parabola
  • Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

  • Communicate production plan with co-packers, raw materials suppliers and internal team
  • Monitor production’s progress, report any issues and maintain strong relationships with production partners
  • Plan for and manage minor inventory for raw materials needed for production
  • Manage flow of inventory within ERP systems from PO through products’ deliveries to our US warehouses
  • Track and analyze supplier’s performance
  • Partner with Director of Operations and Finance to drive cost savings initiatives throughout the supply chain
  • Monitor production KPIs around supply chain accuracy, efficiency and costs; help analyze KPIs to improve performance in all areas
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain, leveraging technology and innovative practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support our expansion
