Responsibilities

As an Operations Analyst, you will manage the day-to-day tasks of processing provider credentials, licenses, and payor enrollment applications, working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure smooth operations. You will research and interpret information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education, complete applications on behalf of Certify customers, validate information, and interact with providers and clients via email. Additionally, you will assist with monitoring implementation projects, summarize research findings into guideline documents, and support ad hoc projects as needed.
