  • Capability to support testing in existing, cloned, and new platforms for Brightspeed Fiber, Brightspeed Now, Legacy Copper, Legacy GPON & QF for Mass Market & Enterprise & Wholesale

Responsibilities

  • Help develop a scalable and robust cross-domain E2E transformation workflow management process including design, implementation, execution, monitoring, and quality assurance for Mass Markets (MM) and Enterprise & Wholesale (E&W)
  • Drive long-term modernization and technical advancement planning for Field Operations programs
  • Support program operational deployment activities including T-40 planning, deployment logistics, stakeholder support, and readiness communications
  • Lead the domain to develop and drive testing related strategies, requirements, operational readiness, and implementation in alignment with business strategies
  • Direct and develop business specific test cycles and cases that provide “Day in the Life” based readiness testing scenarios
  • Define operational business readiness stage gate criteria for activities including minimal viable product (MVP), production testing, first office application (FOA), and general availability (GA)
  • Direct comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) testing spanning from Buy Flow to Billing, documenting daily outcomes including pass, fail, exceptions, defect handling, and retesting in UAT and production environments
  • Chair daily UAT and ORT testing sessions, facilitating participation from stakeholders and SMEs
  • Craft daily testing readouts and executive summaries by facilitating discussions with key stakeholders for Executive team delivery
  • Define and communicate significant risks and dependencies to leadership
  • Support application UAT, BVT, ORT release scheduling, and system integration
  • Support program deployment activities
  • Support testing in existing, cloned, and new platforms
  • Create and track test plans; escalate and track defects; document progress
