Operational Planner at Significance

The salary range is $103,000 - $115,000 per year. Base pay is determined within a range based on factors like experience, skills, education, and location, with adjustments possible for different levels.

This is an onsite position.

Candidates need a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, community planning, facility management, or related field, over ten years of experience as an analyst or program manager at Service Component Headquarters or DoD level, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, and prior experience with military-based programs. A Secret Clearance is required, with PMP certification and military experience preferred.
