Requirements

  • 5+ years of IT technical experience (system construction, maintenance, or operations management)
  • Experience as a project leader in large-scale or medium-scale projects, or as a manager in maintenance/monitoring teams
  • Knowledge and practical experience in project management areas (scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk, procurement)
  • Ability to proactively plan, coordinate, and execute problem resolution with teams and partner companies
  • Ability to create documents used by teams or customers and explain to customers
  • Product knowledge of basic infrastructure (Server, Network, Storage, OS)
  • Product knowledge of RedHat, Cohesity, Nutanix, etc

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the customer's special maintenance/operations team, including team oversight, member management, and customer coordination
  • Take responsibility for the quality and structure of deliverables from the special operations maintenance team, leading stable IT services for customers
  • Serve as the point of contact for customer communication, adjusting delivery content and controlling for reliable responses
  • During critical/emergency responses, act as escalation management, summarizing responses and handling customer interactions
  • Support system implementation, construction, relocation, and operations within the service scope, contributing to ongoing overall optimization of the IT environment
  • As a trusted advisor, build and maintain effective customer relationships, taking responsibility for execution toward customer satisfaction goals
  • Through operations and maintenance support for customer systems, build ongoing relationships with customers and contribute to customer and HPE business
