Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT technical roles (system construction, maintenance, or operations management)
  • Experience as a project leader for large or medium-scale projects, or as a manager in maintenance/monitoring teams
  • Knowledge and practical experience in project management areas (scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk, procurement)
  • Ability to proactively plan, coordinate, and execute problem resolution with teams and partner companies
  • Ability to create documents used by teams or customers and explain to customers
  • Product knowledge of basic infrastructure (Server, Network, Storage, OS)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the customer's special maintenance/operations team, including team oversight, member management, and customer coordination
  • Take responsibility for the quality and structure of deliverables from the special operations/maintenance team, leading stable IT services for customers
  • Serve as the point of contact for customer communication, adjusting deliverable content and controlling for reliable responses
  • During critical/emergency responses, perform escalation management, summarizing responses and handling customer interactions
  • Contribute to overall optimization of customer's IT environment through services like system implementation, construction, relocation, and operations support
  • Act as a trusted advisor to build and maintain effective customer relationships, taking responsibility for achieving customer satisfaction goals
  • Build ongoing relationships with customers through operations/maintenance support for customer systems, contributing to customer and HPE business
