Requirements

5+ years of IT technical experience (system construction, maintenance, or operations management)
Experience as project leader in large or medium-scale projects, or as manager in maintenance/monitoring teams
Knowledge and practical experience in project management areas (scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk, procurement)
Ability to proactively plan, coordinate, and execute problem resolution with teams and partner companies
Ability to create documents used by teams or customers and explain to customers
Product knowledge of basic infrastructure (Server, Network, Storage, OS)
Product knowledge of RedHat, Cohesity, Nutanix, etc

Responsibilities

Lead and manage customer's special maintenance/operations team, including team oversight, member management, and customer coordination
Take responsibility for the quality and structure of deliverables from the special operations maintenance team, leading stable IT services for customers
Serve as the point of contact for customer communication, adjusting delivery content and controlling for reliable responses
During critical/emergency responses, act as escalation manager to summarize responses and handle customer interactions
Provide services covering system implementation, construction, relocation, and operations support, contributing to overall optimization of customer's IT environment
Act as trusted advisor to build and maintain effective customer relationships, taking responsibility for achieving customer satisfaction goals
Build ongoing relationships with customers through operations and maintenance of customer systems, contributing to customer and HPE business
