5+ years of experience in IT technical roles (system construction, maintenance, or operations management)
Experience as a project leader for large or medium-scale projects, or as a manager in maintenance/monitoring teams
Knowledge and practical experience in project management areas (scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communication, risk, procurement)
Ability to proactively plan, coordinate, and execute problem resolution with teams and partner companies
Ability to create documents used by teams or customers and explain to customers
Product knowledge of basic infrastructure (Server, Network, Storage, OS)
Product knowledge of RedHat, Cohesity, Nutanix, etc

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the customer's special maintenance/operations team, including team oversight, member management, and customer coordination
Take responsibility for the quality and structure of deliverables from the special operations/maintenance team, leading stable IT services for customers
Serve as the point of contact for customer communication, adjusting deliverables and controlling for reliable responses
During critical/emergency responses, perform escalation management, summarizing responses and handling customer interactions
Contribute to continuous overall optimization of the IT environment through services like system implementation, construction, relocation, and operations support
Act as a trusted advisor to build and maintain effective customer relationships, taking responsibility for achieving customer satisfaction goals
Build ongoing relationships with customers through operations/maintenance support for customer systems, contributing to customer and HPE business
