Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering Management or Business Administration
  • Good communication, problem-solving, teamwork, interpersonal, and quantitative skills
  • Proficiency in business software applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Fluent English skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership

Responsibilities

  • Act as a link between the master scheduling team and key chip subcontractors to ensure daily and weekly production schedules are executed as planned
  • Communicate between internal departments and external partners to clarify issues related to specs, business processes, and data variance
  • Work with silicon operations teams to fine-tune production best practices (e.g., optimal lot size, production loading cadence, ideal product mix, rules for prioritization) to improve subcontractors’ performance
  • Continuously monitor subcontractors’ performance to ensure all KPI targets are met
  • Analyze weekly performance data and prepare executive summaries
  • Collaborate with program managers and engineers to enable factories to carry out complex engineering experiments and fulfill engineering unit demand
  • Provide suggestions to Nvidia's management and subcontractors on achieving higher performance levels in KPIs such as committed shipment hit rate, cycle time, and production line efficiency
