Proficiency in DG classification and storage conditions
Extensive hands-on experience with DG warehouse safety and barcode systems
College degree in a chemical-related field

Maintain up-to-date expertise on DG warehouse regulations

Responsibilities

Play a pivotal role in integrating and growing the DG business
Ensure flawless EHS and compliance risk management within DG warehouse operations
Build and manage efficient interfaces and handover processes with each pickup site
Develop and deliver practical SOP/WI and training programs for collaborators
Lead a team to ensure daily operations, including goods receipt and dispatch, stock transfers, repacking, and inventory management
Establish important metrics and scorecards to measure and improve warehouse performance
Build a transparent 3PL warehouse cost analysis dashboard
Optimize China's warehouse and distribution network
Apply PPI methodology for continuous process excellence and cost-effectiveness
Collaborate with the Sourcing team for vendor evaluation, onboarding, and management
Introduce advanced WMS systems and digital applications to improve market competitiveness
