Responsibilities

  • Play a pivotal role in integrating and growing the DG business
  • Ensure flawless EHS and compliance risk management within DG warehouse operations
  • Build and manage efficient interfaces and handover processes with each pickup site
  • Develop and deliver practical SOP/WI and training programs for collaborators
  • Lead a team to ensure daily operations, including goods receipt and dispatch, stock transfers, repacking, and inventory management
  • Establish important metrics and scorecards to measure and improve warehouse performance
  • Build a transparent 3PL warehouse cost analysis dashboard
  • Optimize China's warehouse and distribution network
  • Apply PPI methodology for continuous process excellence and cost-effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the Sourcing team for vendor evaluation, onboarding, and management
  • Introduce advanced WMS systems and digital applications to improve market competitiveness
