Responsibilities

Realizar atendimentos online e por vídeo para compradores, vendedores e criadores
Acompanhar avaliações de produtos (positivas e negativas)
Analisar e solicitar reembolsos/devoluções quando necessário
Investigar e resolver problemas relatados por usuários, como verificação de pedidos, pagamentos e status logístico
Manter comunicação clara, objetiva e orientada à solução, garantindo excelente experiência do cliente
