Responsibilities

  • Realizar atendimentos online e por vídeo para compradores, vendedores e criadores
  • Acompanhar avaliações de produtos (positivas e negativas)
  • Analisar e solicitar reembolsos/devoluções quando necessário
  • Investigar e resolver problemas relatados por usuários, como verificação de pedidos, pagamentos e status logístico
  • Manter comunicação clara, objetiva e orientada à solução, garantindo excelente experiência do cliente
