Requirements

  • Passion for food, coffee, and creating guest experiences
  • Bring a copy of your resume to the hiring event (November 20th, 2-4pm at Eataly Downtown, 101 Liberty Street, New York NY 10006)
  • No RSVP required; attend anytime between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM for on-the-spot interview
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work on-site full-time in New York City (Rockefeller Center or Hudson Yards locations)
  • For Café Leads: Experience supporting operations, mentoring, and leading by example

Responsibilities

  • Team Members (including Baristas and Customer Service Associates):
  • Craft and serve espresso drinks, specialty hot/cold beverages, and authentic Italian coffee
  • Prepare food items
  • Provide warm, Italian-style hospitality and exceptional guest service
  • Rotate across front- and back-of-house stations
  • Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and product knowledge
  • Engage with guests, assist with inquiries, and maintain a welcoming environment
  • Line/Prep Cooks:
  • Prepare a variety of cold food items and ingredients for recipes
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
  • Café Leads:
  • Support day-to-day operations of the caffè
  • Mentor and guide the team
  • Work closely with managers
  • Lead by example in service and execution
  • Ensure each guest has an exceptional experience
