  • Solid foundation of clinical expertise, functional knowledge of SPD & OR, significant understanding of surgeon preference

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate job functions during surgical procedures as well as preoperative and postoperative equipment management
  • Guide day-to-day operational support to account and serve as point person for team
  • Effectively partner with key stakeholders, cross-divisional sales teams, and cross-functional teams to drive account productivity and satisfaction
  • Lead Tier 1 huddles and actively participate in/lead hospital huddles as needed
  • Direct and guide day-to-day function of team to ensure OR efficiency and drive customer satisfaction
  • Manage charge sheets and billing for account
  • Apply feedback and metrics to propose process improvements that drive customer satisfaction and elevate Stryker’s impact
  • Provide in-service training at customer request
  • Support and guide Sr. Specialists in identifying and creating Kaizen sheets for continuous improvement
  • Onboard new employees and drive onboarding for new hires
  • Manage and coordinate Stryker and customer onboarding and compliance requirements for team
  • Manage Joint Commission requirements for team and account
  • Facilitate and lead team building activities and actively participate
  • Proactively interact with cross-divisional partners, hospital management, and OnSite management
  • Allocate work as team leader and check on quality/completion
  • Attend and participate in several CE webinars throughout the year
  • Actively partner with Associate Supervisor, Supervisor, OA, and Training team to onboard new hires
  • Serve as mentor to newer specialists
  • Assist with writing and delivering corrective action and common annual reviews
  • Serve as resource for team and drive day-to-day engagement, performance, and activities
  • Lead Program Management activities within account
  • Proactively communicate specific account information to appropriate stakeholders
  • Actively provide ideas to refine tools or processes and provide implementation/coverage support
  • Actively partner with fellow Team Leads across nation to drive standardization and continuous improvement
