Ability to use a digital handheld device to locate and pick merchandise orders from the selling floor
Safe navigation of a large picking cart around the club, including during club hours
Ability to assemble cardboard boxes and pack orders in a safe and damage-free manner
Capability to move pallets of supplies using a pallet jack or other material handling equipment
Assist with loading UPS/FedEx trucks and shrink wrapping pallets
Frequent lifting of merchandise

Perform all activities associated with picking and shipping orders to members' homes and businesses
Use a handheld digital device (RF scanner) to pull and verify merchandise from the selling floor
Build boxes, shrink wrap packages, and move merchandise from sales floor to staging area
Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner
Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned
Support club policies, procedures, and compliance
Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team members
Deliver service excellence, resolve member concerns, and adhere to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Maintain GOLD club standards daily, including a clean and organized SFC area and grand opening look
Understand and access production/financial performance reporting for the department
