Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, or similar coordination roles within a fast-paced environment
  • Proven precision with systems and data, familiar with ATS/HRIS and calendar tooling
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, empathetic, and on-brand messages
  • Organized, proactive, and unflappable professional who can juggle multiple deadlines effectively
  • High degree of discretion with sensitive information and a strong service mindset for all stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Partner with IT, Workplace, Recruiting, and HRBPs across multiple geographies to ensure all necessary steps are complete for new-hire orientation
  • Manage the global onboarding inbox, working across departments to provide timely answers to new hires
  • Own and continuously refine new-hire and manager email communications to ensure they set the right tone, provide accurate information, and convey Crusoe’s culture from day one
  • Orchestrate all calendar events and secure speakers for onboarding sessions at each Crusoe location
  • Support day-one logistics and setup, contributing to a welcoming and exciting orientation experience
  • Ensure the data in our HR system of record is accurate and up to date, coordinating with recruiting, hiring managers, and new hires as start dates and locations change
  • Manage final pre-employment checks based on role requirements, gathering updates related to background checks, drug and alcohol testing, and visa requirements, coordinating directly with new hires, internal program owners, and leaders
  • Actively identify opportunities for improvement and work cross-functionally to implement better ways of working and enhance the overall onboarding experience
