Requirements

Candidates must have recently completed a bachelor’s degree (between 2023 and 2025), with a technical degree preferred, and possess business-fluent English skills, both orally and in writing. They should be able to build influential relationships, be passionate about helping others, curious about technology, and savvy with systems, including the MS Office Suite. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is strongly preferred, as well as an understanding of SQL and JSON.

Responsibilities

The On Ramp Program - Project Associate will collect, enter, and organize data to support research projects, carry out basic analytic tasks, and organize materials for written products such as literature reviews and project documentation. They will provide administrative research support to projects, coordinate day-to-day project operations, lead medium-sized and cross-functional projects, manage project calls, assign work, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Additionally, the associate will lead stakeholder management sessions, maintain open communication with management, and create project-related process documents.
