Responsibilities

The Office Manager will provide administrative and facilities support to the senior management and sales team in Spain, scheduling travel arrangements, preparing documents and presentations, documenting and implementing office procedures, ordering and maintaining office supplies, and managing vendor relationships. They will also support the smooth running of the Madrid office, collaborate with other departments across Europe, participate in special projects, and handle record-keeping and filing systems, as well as respond to vendor invoice queries and assist with event planning and Business Continuity Planning.
