Responsibilities

Ansprechpartnerin für Kolleginnen vor Ort, Mitarbeiterinnen des Shared Offices, Besucherinnen und Kolleg*innen aus anderen Octopus-Einheiten
Verantwortung für die gesamte Büroorganisation, inklusive Bestellungen und Koordination von Büromaterial, Annahme von Lieferungen
Ausstattung der Mitarbeiterinnen sicherstellen (z. B. Buchung von Zugtickets und Hotels für Bewerberinnen, Bereitstellung von Obst und Knabbereien)
Überblick über Lager behalten (Merch, Büroequipment) und notwendige Bestellungen verwalten
Unterstützung bei internen Events und Workshops: Organisationstalent einbringen, Management übernehmen (Essen bestellen, Raumbuchung, Materialien und Equipment bestellen)
Unterstützung der Onboarding Specialists bei neuen Mitarbeiter*innen (z. B. PC-Setup) für einen guten Start
