Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact at the office — greeting guests, receiving deliveries, and managing mail/shipping
Maintain all office inventory and amenities to ensure both HQ and GT-East are fully stocked and running smoothly
Order groceries twice a week to keep snacks, drinks, and coffee well stocked
Replenish cleaning and janitorial supplies; manage janitor closet inventory
Restock bathroom supplies and manage the monthly toilet paper installment
Coordinate Friday happy hours and weekly catering orders
Track and process expense reports with detailed receipts
Serve as the primary liaison with building management and contractors for maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and security
Ensure all new hires are added to the building security system on Day 1
Support visitors and partners with office logistics during their visits
Partner with the Executive Assistant and People teams to plan and execute in-office events, happy hours, and celebrations
Support the recruiting team with travel booking, onsite interview logistics, and candidate hospitality
Manage conference room tech, office Wi-Fi, phone booths, and AV setup for company All Hands meetings
Update and maintain TV dashboards across offices
Collaborate with IT to ensure new desks and workstations are properly equipped and functional
Create and improve office policies, processes, and vendor relationships to increase efficiency and enhance employee experience
Own space and capacity planning, optimizing layout and seating as teams grow
