Responsibilities

  • Coordinate reservation and usage of vehicles, equipment, and shared assets
  • Support calendar management and internal meeting logistics
  • Oversee office supplies, PPE ordering, vendor coordination, and package receipt
  • Order snacks, meals, and recurring consumables
  • Maintain organized documentation and administrative processes
  • Lead DOA and CBP badging processes for new hires and renewals
  • Maintain accurate credentialing records and ensure full compliance
  • Serve as the main contact for airport access requirements
  • Track PPE, laptops, equipment, vehicle keys, and other assets
  • Maintain issuance and return logs with clear accountability
  • Manage storage areas, organization systems, and inventory cycles
  • Coordinate new-hire onboarding, equipment setup, and first-day logistics
  • Maintain personnel and asset documentation
  • Support day-to-day team needs as a dependable internal point of contact
  • Track shift coverage, asset utilization, inventory levels, and compliance deadlines
  • Provide timely updates and structured documentation to leadership
