Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site operations, including scheduling, workflow, and task assignments
  • Perform mail and parcel duties: log, open, scan, and distribute incoming mail
  • Manage print production and finishing projects for attorneys and secretaries
  • Handle hospitality services: stock supplies, set up and clear conference rooms
  • Act as primary on-site contact for customer issues and service compliance
  • Track and report site metrics, billing, invoicing, and monthly reports
  • Maintain cost efficiency and assist in achieving site profitability goals
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and approve time clock punches
  • Handle sensitive and confidential legal documents with accuracy and discretion
  • Provide training on workflow, quality standards, and equipment operation
  • Support offsite trial preparation, including scheduling equipment, labor, and supplies
  • Maintain communication with sales and management to resolve billing and pricing issues
  • Uphold Ricoh Service Excellence standards and ensure audit/deadline compliance
  • Complete site and month-end management reports accurately and on time
