Previous experience working in reception / front office / office assistant position is mandatory
Committed to providing outstanding customer service and have a friendly demeanor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Speak fluently to clients and colleagues and have a great command of both English and Croatian
Understand basic financial concepts
Possess a high school degree / diploma
Excellent computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational skills, flexibility and a dynamic personality
High accuracy and attention to detail
Able to prioritize multiple assignments and interact effectively with all levels of the organization
Able to work well as a team member in a fast paced environment
Able to work in shifts

Responsibilities

Perform front desk / receptionist duties
Greet visitors in a professional manner and provide them with information and direct them accordingly
Organize office and assist Front Desk Representatives in ways that optimize procedures
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Schedule and plan meetings and appointments as necessary
Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
Coordinate and cooperate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
Assist in managing accommodation availability and coordinating guest arrivals and departures when necessary
Maintain trusting relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers
