Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Organizational Design, Development, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Change Leadership, Organizational Psychology or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years professional experience in Organizational Change Management
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in training development and/or instructional design
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience designing training content & deployment strategies
  • Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced setting and manage assignments with tight deadlines from multiple sources
  • Ability to anticipate risks and barriers to change efforts and delivery dates
  • Strong training facilitation skills
  • Agility mindset – learns quickly when facing new problems. Is a relentless and versatile learner, open to change and ambiguity
  • Self-motivated and ability to work collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Develop an Organizational Change Management Strategy/Approach
  • Lead delivery of all OCM tasks for all business and IT projects including Stakeholder Identification and Impact Assessment; Communication Plan development and execution; training curriculum development and delivery as well as managing external contracts/resources supporting the programs
  • Lead Training Development and Delivery Approach for all projects
  • Develop and deliver curriculum for others on how to train employees
  • Assess user training needs and build corresponding capabilities
  • Develop end-to-end Change training program for various business/IT projects
  • Consult with PMO teams to understand program/project challenges and make expert recommendations for team training or supporting tools
  • Connects and optimizes training across broad teams and multiple locations
  • Measure training effectiveness for continuous improvement across the organization
  • Develop statements of work where necessary to contract out OCM activities
  • Actively participate in major project deployment planning and delivery to ensure on-time delivery of deployment related OCM tasks as well as to support the end users during the deployment and weeks after to ensure adoption
  • Report to executive leadership the developed strategy and progress on OCM related activities on individual project
