Requirements

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program, registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association, licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Oregon, possess at least one year of experience as an Occupational Therapist, and be CPR certified. Additionally, a valid driver’s license and access to an insured, working vehicle are required.
