Employment Type: Part-time

Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking Independently Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends within the state of Oregon. Clinicians must be licensed and residing in Oregon.

Compensation

  • Type: Fee for Service (W2)
  • Range: Up to $27,000
  • Components: Flat Rate, plus two bonus opportunities. Ranges vary based on completed session volume and licensure.

Requirements

  • Licensure: Must hold one of the following independent licenses in Oregon:
    • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
    • LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
    • LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
    • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Experience: Must have experience diagnosing.
  • Commitment: Willingness to see a minimum of 10 sessions per week.
  • Specialization: Behavioral Health Generalists – open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided).
  • Growth Potential: Candidates interested in growing into leadership roles/supervisory positions are encouraged.
  • Residency: Must be licensed and living in the state of Oregon.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telehealth counseling sessions to clients in Oregon during evenings and weekends.
  • Diagnose and treat clients as per professional standards.
  • Collaborate with the Thriveworks team and utilize provided support.
