Requirements
Candidates must be a graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association. They must be licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist within the state, possess a current CPR certification, and have a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order. A minimum of one (1) year of experience as an Occupational Therapist is required.
Responsibilities
As an Occupational Therapist with Mission Home Health, you will provide occupational therapy assessment, services, direction, and care to patients in your region, evaluating their home environment and functional status and participating in the development of the total plan of care. You will also contribute to the development of HR policies to ensure compliance with employment legislation across North America and conduct audits to mitigate HR-related risk.
