Patient Services Coordinator

Candidates must be a graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association. They must be licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist within the state, possess a minimum of one (1) year of experience as an Occupational Therapist, hold current CPR certification, and have a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
As a home health occupational therapist, the role involves providing healthcare to patients in their homes or residences, monitoring daily activities, assisting with routine living tasks, delivering occupational therapy (OT), supporting the development of functional restoration plans, administering diagnostic tests, conferring with caregivers, creating patient progress reports, assisting with community reintegration, and participating in discharge planning.
