Responsibilities

  • Assess employers’ organizational needs and analyze their workforce challenges related to occupational stressors and design responsive solutions
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships to establish and maintain alignment and value delivery throughout the lifecycle of a consultation project
  • Design surveys and analyze data to develop insights and recommendations for the client that yield improved employee well-being and business outcomes
  • Lead, develop and present proposals for business development activities
  • Independently curate high-quality source material and create educational content for a variety of formats and channels
