The salary range is $103-145K based on years of provider experience, plus a quarterly incentive plan and sign-on bonus.

This is a full-time float position supporting clinics in the South Charlotte area, with flexible schedule options of either 32.5 hours/week up to 40 hours/week.

You will provide primary and family evidence-based care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, and disposition planning; handle administrative duties like opening/closing the clinic, inventory, and patient follow-up; and perform routine examinations and diagnostic tests.
